Guide to transferring DES providers
Guide to transferring DES providers
The Disability Employment Services (DES) program lets people choose how they want to get help and who they want it from. Here are the key reasons why participants in the Disability Employment Services (DES) program may opt to choose a different provider:
- Choice of Provider: Participants have the freedom to select their preferred provider upon joining the DES program.
- Accessibility: Participants can opt for a provider based on proximity to their residence or accessibility via public transport.
- Service Satisfaction: If dissatisfied with the support received from their current provider, participants can switch to a different one at any time.
- No Limitations: Participants can change providers multiple times during their enrollment in the DES program, without any restrictions.
- Flexibility in Service Delivery: Participants have control over how they receive services, whether through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, or video chats.
